Tingkap
The Tingkap is an exploration of the diamond quartet logo, reimagined to take the form of a window; or “Tingkap”, in Malay.

Initial sketches of the different styles of the Tingkap
This is the first iteration of the Tingkap line; with the clasp of the bag being completely crafted out of leather.
The crafting process involves 4 layers of leather that are stacked on top of each other, finished, and then nailed onto a base, which will be stitched onto the bag. the crafting of this alone can take up to 6 hours, and is the most painstaking part of the bag to produce, but is also a symbol of the capabilities of Ryan Lee craftsmanship.
The closure is held together by four magnets on the flap and on the base of the clasp.
On the German calfskin versions of the Tingkap, the strap can be doubled up by inserting the bar of one end of the strap into the O-ring on the other side of the strap, allowing its user to wear it short shoulder, long shoulder or crossbody.
The Tingkap currently comes in black or gold german grained calfskin and in a semi-rattan, semi-french calfskin configuration but is also available in a myriad of customizable colours and materials.
